Hello Fellow Dancers!

Starting the first week in February, Kathy and I are teaching at BOCES, Middle Settlement Road New Hartford. We would be happy to see familar faces at class.

Cost of the class is $110 per couple - 8 weeks - 2 hr. per class 7-9 PM.

Monday Class 7:00 - 9:00 starts February 6, 2012 thru April 2 (then again 4/16 - 6/11, new dances)

Beginner Ballroom - February Class - Waltz & Cha-Cha - 4 - two hour classes each dance

Tuesday Class 7:00 - 9:00 starts February 7, 2012 thru March 27 (then again 4/17- 6/5)

Night Club Slow Dance and Triple Swing 4 - two hour classes each dance

Thursday Class 7:00 - 9:00 starts February 9, 2012 thru March 29 (then again 4/19 - 6/7, new dances)

Intermediate Ballroom - Patterns in Rumba and Cha-Cha - 4 - two hour classes

If you've worked through the typical beginner level stuff and are looking for something with more patterns, I'd highly recommend this one. Though I'll note it may not be for those who want to dance competitively, if you're a social dancer this is a good choice.

We worked through a couple of beginner DVDs on waltz and took a beginning ballroom dance class at a community college. But once you've learned the basic patterns they usually teach in these classes, it's hard to get all the way through a song without getting bored. We needed to learn some new patterns.
