Kathy and Robert

Kathy and Robert have been dancing together for over twenty years. They have taught countless couples social ballroom dancing skills at group adult education classes, private clubs and at their studio in Upstate New York. Their unique complete curriculum is now available on DVD as the Social Ballroom Dance Collection by Slow Dancers.  A combination beginner level DVD - The Night Club Slow Dance and Triple Swing - the Essentials  teaches two complete dances on one DVD and the two intermediate level DVD's that compliment the Essentials DVD -  Triple Swing Cutting the Rug and Night Club Slow Dance Getting Fancy are also now available. The Slow Dancer's have also produced beginner level social ballroom DVD's teaching: Rumba, Cha-Cha, Waltz, Foxtrot and Mambo. These instructional ballroom DVD's stress the social dancing aspects of ballroom dance. Class review DVD's for intermediate level dancers are also available in a review to count format in Rumba, Cha-Cha, Mambo, American Tango, Beginner West Coast Swing and Intermediate West Coast Swing. Class review DVD's show complex patterns to count only and are meant to enhance any couples dancing by adding long complex leadable patterns to your dance routine. Teaching as a team, Kathy and Robert will guide couples through the patterns needed to enjoy dancing to with confidence and fluidity. “Lead and follow” technique is the cornerstone of social dancing as the dance floor is an ever evolving environment for the couple to command.
