Learn to Foxtrot with the instructional Foxtrot DVD by Slow Dancers! This DVD will teach any couple not only the steps and patterns to dance the Foxtrot, but more importantly it teaches how to move around the dance floor with confidence. Starting with the basic steps, couples will learn to dance in "line of dance", avoiding other dancers and traveling in the proper direction. This DVD starts with the basic hold then teaches both four and three count patterns with explanations on how to intermingle them. The goal is to move around the floor, turning at will, inserting corner patterns, all using lead and follow technique. This DVD also includes an insert explaining "line of dance".
